GRAB THEM BY THE E.A.R.R.

You've been lied to about your own power because people with power benefit from you not using yours. The cycle is simple: educate yourself enough to know who to hit, activate by showing up and staying on message, recruit by pulling others into action, and repeat until it becomes who you are. Educate, Activate, Recruit, Repeat. How hard you push, how often you show up, how long you keep at it. Intensity, frequency, duration. Those three variables determine whether you create change or burn out trying. Push too hard and you flame out in a month. Go too soft and nobody notices you exist. Show up once and disappear and you're just noise. The goal is sustained pressure at an intensity you can maintain for years. Start with five minutes a day. One phone call. One email. One social media comment tagging your target. Five minutes is enough to build the habit. Once the habit exists, you can expand it. Think of it like training. This is just a different system for building that muscle. You don't need an organization. You don't need a leader. You need to know what you want, know who can give it to you, and show up often enough and loud enough that ignoring you costs more than listening.
